Sankalp are a quality chain of restaurants delivering an innovative dining experience in over 150 restaurants across the globe. With overwhelming popularity, the tradition continues in Wentworthville, Sydney, Australia and they are seeking a suitably qualified Restaurant/Floor Manager.

ABOUT THE ROLE
On offer is a Full-time position, with day and afternoon shifts.
You will be accountable for the successful operation of our restaurant, as well as organising and overseeing functions and events. You must be able to lead and support a busy team, manage rosters, oversee menu selections, and most importantly, attend to all areas of customer service.

You Must Have
• An in depth knowledge of authentic Indian dishes with a flair for new innovations
• An understanding of current and traditional wines to complement each menu
• Excellent personal grooming and presentation
• A ‘hands on’ or lead by example approach to your work
• A passion for hospitality
We prefer you to have:
• Work experience of at least 5 years in a similar role
• A thorough knowledge of Indian food.
• A tertiary qualification in hospitality management
